I was blessed to work with Chief Heinbuch for five years at BCFD. I was proud to promote him to Assistant Chief. He taught me many things and did his best to keep me out of trouble. I will always be thankful for the opportunity to know him at the end of his long career with the Baltimore City Fire Department.
